For many years, our brothers and sisters lived under persecution in the Former Soviet Union, and they prayed for freedom to proclaim the Gospel.  And because of God's mercy, our the churches prayer, long-awaited freedom came to the countries of Russia, Ukraine, and other former republics of the Soviet Union.

Massive crusades started to be held in stadiums, parks, and culture buildings.  In June of 1989, the Radchuk Brothers organized a Christian Mission of Mercy "Good Samaritan" in the city of Rovno.  The first director of the mission was Slavik Radchuk.  In 1992, Pavel Radchuk became the president.

There were different ministries in the mission: Evangelism, Mercy department and humanitarian aid, Sunday schools, TV-radio programs, Prison Ministry, Bible schools, etc.  All these ministries began to function in the Ukraine and Russia.

Thousands of people received salvation through the "Good Samaritan" Mission. In 1994, the Radchuk brothers immigrated to the United States to the city of Seattle (Washington State), and started a ministry there as well: Slavic International Association of Ministries "Good Samaritan." Pavel Radchuk became the president.  The work of the ministry expanded, starting new projects and full of vision, in America, in Russia (Chukotka), and in Ukraine.

Conferences and seminars for the Slavic youth, Crusades and Missionary services, Practical Missionary Bible School, sending humanitarian aid, outreach in East Ukraine (establishing and growing new churches), 12 River Project (spreading the Gospel to the small ethnic groups of Siberia, Taymyr and Yatukiya), Tent Ministry, work with orphan kids...

God has used these projects and others, for His kingdom be expanded in this world, and many people receive Christ as a personal savior from different nations, ethnic groups and peoples, hundreds of young people devote their lives to ministry and preaching the Gospel.

The blessings of God have been abundant all of the years of our ministry.  During missionary trips to Russia and Ukraine, the mercy of God and His hand has been upon the missionaries, and new started churches.

In August of 2002, our ministry had a great loss. The president of "Good Samaritan," an anointed preacher, leader and a Man of God, Pavel Radchuk, tragically died in a plane crash.  This event brought a big shock for thousands of people, especially to all the coworkers of this ministry. Peter Radchuk, a twin brother of Pavel and the former vise-president of this ministry became the new president of "Good Samaritan." (More about Pavel and his tragic death).

The work of "Good Samaritan Ministries" continues.  God reveals new vision, direction, and new projects. Our goal is to fulfill His mission and His great calling: To take the Good News of Salvation and God's Love to the lost and dying souls.
